  Our most popular package, Partial Wedding Day Management, is designed for couples who’ve done much of the planning but want expert support to tie everything together in the final stages. Starting about three months before your wedding, we'll step in to manage the most intense planning period, providing guidance and relieving stress as you hand off the final execution. This package offers the perfect balance between our Month-Of and Full Planning services, giving you the flexibility to reach out at any time, while we take care of coordinating vendors, managing your timeline, and overseeing all the details to ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding day.

With this Month-of Wedding Management, you'll receive a dedicated wedding day coordinator for up to 10 hours on your special day, plus a venue walk-through prior to wedding day and full rehearsal coordination. After you’ve completed the initial planning, we’ll take over the logistics to ensure everything operates seamlessly, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment without any stress.

* We’ll handle the setup and breakdown of wedding essentials and personal items, ensuring key details like the gift table, cake table, welcome table, and special memorabilia are perfectly placed. Additionally, we’ll coordinate the setup of your ceremony and reception spaces for a polished and cohesive look. Full setup and breakdown services for the ceremony and reception are also available. 

For guest counts exceeding 100, or with separate ceremony & reception locations,  an assistant will be required, and an extra fee will apply.
