When you picture your wedding day, here's what we want you to see:
- You and your new spouse- happy, relaxed, & fully present in the moment
- Your family laughing & soaking in every moment of the celebration you worked so hard to plan
- Your vendors handling every detail seamlessly, with little to no questions needed from you
We begin communications with you immediately, scheduling our first consultation to get your coordinator up to speed on your wedding plans; this gives us the opportunity to help you to fill in any gaps and set up an initial timeline. From there, we're on hand for any questions or vendor referrals you may still have.
We'll plan a second meeting about 60 days prior to wedding day to refine the timeline, and go over vendor contracts before we initiate vendor management. Wedding week- make us the primary point of contact and enjoy those precious last days of planning & prep. On your wedding day, put your phones away- we are the point person for every vendor, every late & lost guest, and the buffer between you and all the last-minute questions & decisions. Relax, we got you- it's time to enjoy your wedding day!
