In order to book this package, a non-refundable retainer of $425 is required at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied to your total balance. 

Your final  payment is due 30 days before your wedding, with one or more mid-payments dependent on package upgrades. 

• The availability of this package is 7 days a week
• 12 guests are included in this package, with up to 24 guests. This is typically due to venue restrictions, we are very flexible on guest count. 
• You are responsible for booking the venue 
• Need a photographer?  Want more decor? Want to upgrade your flowers or cake? Want to add hair & makeup? Just let us know- everything can be included in your package. 

 1. Book a consultation & finalize service agreement

Following our initial consultation, we'll send you over a custom proposal, including a service agreement for you to sign once you’re ready to move forward. Your date will be officially reserved once we receive your retainer. 

2. Venue & location suggestions

Our first priority is securing your location. We’ll send a curated list of venue or location suggestions based on your vision, date, and guest count. You’re never locked into these options, they’re simply a starting point. 

3. Planning & vendor coordination

Once your venue is secured, we’ll dive into planning details. This includes your timeline, ceremony flow, photography coverage, florals, cake, décor elements, and any add-ons or vendors you’d like to include. Our final planning meeting focuses on fine-tuning everything so your day flows beautifully.

4. Wedding day

On the day of your wedding, we’re onsite handling setup, coordination, and wrap-up. 

You get to show up, take a deep breath, and enjoy the day you planned.

After your consultation, we’ll reach out to a selection of venues within our network that best match your criteria and availability. We’ll send you a list of options and connect you directly with your chosen venue for booking. A pre-booking venue visit is included.

A note on vacation rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.):
If you’re considering a vacation rental, all communication with the property owner or manager is handled by you. You’ll be responsible for confirming that events are allowed and sharing any rules or restrictions with us, so we can plan accordingly.

What about permits?

We’ll guide you through permit requirements as part of your planning process. Some locations, such as federal parks or wildlife refuges, require permits and limit ceremony locations. Many Oklahoma state parks and private venues do not require permits at all. We’ll help you navigate what’s needed for your chosen spot.

Your elopement includes personal wedding flowers for the couple, designed to match your style, color palette, and overall vibe. Since elopements can happen almost anywhere, ceremony décor isn’t included in our base package. Upgrades, customization, and additional floral elements are available. If you'd like to explore these options, we'll add a floral budget to your proposal- making it easy to stay on budget! 

Your elopement includes a 6” celebration cake & a non-alcoholic toast for you and your guests.  Upgrades, customization, and additional food or drink options can always be added if you’d like to extend the celebration- meal options of luxury picnic experiences, charcuterie grazing tables, a private chef,and full catering services are also available.
