Unlimited Email/Text Communication: Have questions, updates, or concerns? We're available via email or text throughout the process to provide timely advice and support.

Venue Walk-through: A visit to your venue during the planning process, dedicated to finalizing logistics, layouts, and design details. Additional visits can be arranged for an added fee if needed.

Rehearsal Management: We’ll organize and direct your wedding rehearsal, ensuring all participants know their roles and feel confident about the ceremony flow.

Wedding Essentials Setup & Breakdown: We’ll handle the setup and breakdown of your personal items*, ensuring key details like the gift table, cake table, welcome table, and special memorabilia are perfectly placed. Additionally, we’ll coordinate the setup of your ceremony and reception spaces for a polished and cohesive look. Full setup and breakdown services for the ceremony and reception are also available. *Personal items include any valuable or sentimental details you’d like incorporated.

Ceremony & Reception Management: With up to 10 hours of dedicated management, we’ll oversee your ceremony and reception, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. We’ll also assist with light setup and coordinate vendors, so you can focus on celebrating with your loved ones.

Contract Review & Month-of Vendor Management: From our very first planning session, we’ll review your vendor contracts to ensure all details are clear and accurate. In the final month leading up to your wedding, we’ll take over communication with vendors to confirm everything is perfectly aligned for a seamless day.

Custom Wedding Planning Checklist: Stay organized with a customized planning timeline tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that every milestone is met on time.

Wedding Timeline Creation, Management, & Distribution: We’ll craft a meticulously detailed timeline tailored to your wedding day, covering every aspect- from the moment you start getting ready to the last dance of the night. This includes vendor arrivals, setup, ceremony flow, speeches, meal service, and reception activities. Once finalized, the timeline is shared with your entire vendor team and key participants, ensuring everyone is aligned. On your wedding day, we’ll actively manage the timeline, adapt to any changes, and ensure the day flows seamlessly, so you can stay present and enjoy every moment.

Floor Plan Creation: We’ll create a customized floor plan to optimize your venue’s layout, ensuring the space is both functional and visually appealing. This includes arranging key elements like the ceremony and reception areas, as well as any other major design features.

We’ll provide minimal design guidance, helping you choose from curated options that align with your wedding style and ensuring your invitations and other stationery pieces make a beautiful impression.

This allows you to create a centralized hub for your guests, including event details, RSVP options, and travel accommodations.
