In order to book this package, a non-refundable retainer of $1000 is required at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied to your total balance. 

Your final  payment is due 30 days before your wedding, with 1-3 mid-payments. 

• The availability of this package is 7 days a week
• 24 guests are included in this package, with up to 60 guests. This is typically due to venue restrictions, we are very flexible on guest count! Additional costs are reflective of additional guest costs (food, seating, etc). 
• You are responsible for booking the venue 
• Want more decor? Want to upgrade your flowers or cake? Want to add hair & makeup? Just let us know- everything can be included in your package.

Our process is designed to feel supportive, relaxed, and completely centered on your love story. We'll start with a discovery call- you can schedule that today! We’ll talk you wedding day vision-  not just your date and guest count, but who you are as a couple & what you want your day to look & feel like. 

From there, we take the lead

Once we understand your vision, we’ll begin shaping the big picture. We brainstorm, dream, and refine together, then handle the behind-the-scenes work so your day feels effortless.

 1. Book a consultation & finalize service agreement

Following our initial consultation, we'll send you over a custom proposal, including a service agreement for you to sign once you’re ready to move forward. Your date will be officially reserved once we receive your retainer. 

2. Venue & location suggestions

Our first priority is securing your location. We’ll send a curated list of venue or location suggestions based on your vision, date, and guest count. You’re never locked into these options, they’re simply a starting point. 

3. Planning & vendor coordination

Once your venue is secured, we’ll dive into planning details. This includes your timeline, ceremony flow, photography coverage, florals, cake, décor elements, and any add-ons or vendors you’d like to include. Our final planning meeting focuses on fine-tuning everything so your day flows beautifully.

4. Wedding day

On the day of your wedding, we’re onsite handling setup, coordination, and wrap-up. You get to show up, take a deep breath, and enjoy the day you planned.

After your consultation, we’ll reach out to a selection of venues within our network that best match your criteria and availability. We’ll send you a list of options and connect you directly with your chosen venue for booking. A pre-booking venue visit is included.

A note on vacation rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.):
If you’re considering a vacation rental, all communication with the property owner or manager is handled by you. You’ll be responsible for confirming that events are allowed and sharing any rules or restrictions with us, so we can plan accordingly.

What about permits?

We’ll guide you through permit requirements as part of your planning process. Some locations, such as federal parks or wildlife refuges, require permits and limit ceremony locations. Many Oklahoma state parks and private venues do not require permits at all. We’ll help you navigate what’s needed for your chosen spot.

The Micro Wedding package includes a dedicated floral design budget that covers personal florals for the couple, ceremony florals, and reception floral elements. Personal florals may include bouquets, boutonnieres, or corsages, with the option to use fresh seasonal blooms or faux florals based on your preference.

Your ceremony space will be styled with floral elements designed to enhance the setting, which may include florals at the welcome area, ceremony arch, aisle, or other focal points. Floral elements also extend into the reception space and may include guest table florals, cocktail table accents, or dessert table arrangements, depending on your layout and design plan.

All floral placement and design choices are tailored to your location, vision, and event flow. Your package includes a set floral budget to create a cohesive look across both ceremony and reception, with the option to upgrade or expand coverage if you’d like to incorporate premium blooms, additional arrangements, or more elaborate designs.

The Classic Micro Wedding package includes a custom wedding cake designed to fit your guest count, style, and overall celebration. You’ll choose from available flavors and design options, with the cake styled to complement the look and feel of your wedding day.

In addition to cake, your celebration includes a charcuterie grazing station, offering a relaxed, social option for guests to enjoy during the reception. A non-alcoholic bubbly toast is also included for all guests, along with a beverage station featuring water and tea.

Together, these elements create a welcoming and well-rounded celebration experience without the need for a full plated meal. If you’d like to expand the food experience further, additional catering options, private chef services, or upgraded grazing displays can be added based on your vision and priorities.
